Our Guy Harvey, Nomad, and Aspire rings are pre-relaxed, so you can expect the fit to stay the same size. The strength of the ring is designed to break under pressure to prevent injury to your finger, breaking at around 32lbs of pressure.

Mild soap and warm water are all you need to clean your Groove Life ring. We recommend cleaning after wearing to ensure that dirt doesn’t hang around in the breathable grooves. Our synthetic polymer elastomer blend silicone will not loosen up after being worn regularly. If you're in-between sizes, we recommend going with the next whole size up.
