Are the rings made to stretch?

Our rings will relax a little in the first couple weeks, so it should fit a tad snug when you first get it. This is part of their safety design. We've even engineered breaking points into the ring's design so it breaks before your finger is injured.

How much does it take to break the ring?

The ring is designed to break under pressure, and our thin silicone rings will break at ~15lbs of pressure.

How can I clean or care for my Groove Life ring?

Mild soap and warm water are all you need. We recommend cleaning after a fair amount of wearing to ensure dirt doesn’t hang around and the patented breathable grooves can continue to work effectively.

What size Stackable Groove Life ring should I order?

This silicone is not pre-relaxed, so you'll want to start off with a snug fit to allow for the extra room that comes once it's been worn regularly! If you're in-between sizes, we recommend starting with the next whole size down.
